I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The '84 Hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home. The location was ideal, being near enough to walk to restaurants and bars, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. However, I did notice they are in the process of making improvements, which might cause slight disruptions in the future.

I had a great time at The '84 Hotel Siem Reap. The location was perfect, just steps away from the night markets and close to the town center. The staff were super friendly and offered excellent support in arranging transportation. The only downside I noticed was that while the cleanliness was commendable, I did wish the dining options were a bit more diverse.

Rooms
9.0
The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and featured comfortable bedding. I really enjoyed having both A/C and a fan, plus the added luxury of a TV in the room made my stay even more enjoyable.
Service

Service was really good throughout my stay. The staff were always smiling and went out of their way to assist me, whether it was booking transport or offering suggestions for meals.

I loved the location! It was away from the chaos of the busy tourist street but still incredibly close to everything, including the night art market.
Dining

Breakfast was included and quite tasty, but I felt there could've been more variety in the menu overall. Though, I did enjoy the grilled seafood available nearby.

The hotel had fantastic facilities including a roof terrace with jacuzzis, which were perfect for unwinding after visiting Angkor Wat.

My stay at The '84 Hotel Siem Reap was overall enjoyable, thanks to the friendly staff and great location near Pub Street. While I loved my room with a balcony overlooking the river, I did notice some dust on the floor, and the breakfast selection could use a bit more variety. Still, the helpfulness of the owners made up for any minor drawbacks.

Rooms

I stayed in a deluxe room with a balcony, which was fantastic. It offered a nice view, but I did find the floor a bit dusty. Providing slippers would be a nice touch.
Service
9.0
The owners and staff were super friendly and treated me more like a friend than just a guest. They helped me arrange a tuk-tuk driver for my temple trip, which was awesome.
Location
9.0
The location is perfect! It’s just a short walk to Pub Street but far enough away that I didn't hear any noise from the bars. Close to everything important.
Dining

Breakfast was good, but I think a larger selection would really enhance the experience! I ended up grabbing some food in the city instead.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel comes with the basic facilities, including private toilets and fans, which made for a comfortable stay. Some areas could be cleaner.

I had a wonderful month-long stay at The '84 Hotel Siem Reap. The owners, Richard and Alex, made me feel incredibly welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with my own bathroom, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to the lively areas but still quiet enough for a relaxing time. I can't wait for my next visit!

Rooms
8.0
My room was spacious with a private bathroom, TV, and even a balcony. It was clean and comfortable, though a bit darker than I'd prefer, it didn't bother me much.

The service was excellent. Richard, Alex, and their staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, including arranging a trip for me.
Location

I had a pretty mixed experience at The '84 Hotel Siem Reap. While the location was super convenient and I found the breakfast decent, the service left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, I encountered several issues that overshadowed the positives.

Rooms
6.0
The room was small but comfy, and I had my own bathroom, which was nice. However, I struggled with a low overhead shelf in the bathroom that kept hitting my head.
Service
5.0
I faced some major hiccups with the service. The airport pickup was a mess, and when I had a slip on the stairs, I didn’t feel adequately supported—rather frustrating.
Location
8.0
The location was great—really close to the Old Market and not too far from the temples, making it easy to explore the area.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast was pretty decent. It was healthy and got me ready for my tours, though it could have been a bit better.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities were basic but had what I needed for my stay. Could definitely use some improvements for a more comfortable experience.
